In an urgent appeal to sustain our community centres and services, we aim to raise the remaining 13,000 pounds vital to their maintenance fees. These funds are indispensable to the daily needs of the hundreds relying on them this calendar year.

With the generosity and solidarity of our donors, Restless Beings has been able to deliver support services for hundreds of Rohingya women and children in the Bangladesh refugee camps. Having been forced to endure the most unimaginable violence and trauma in their forced exodus from Burma, our centres address essential needs using holistic, community-led, and long-lasting support.

These services have become the foundation to a sense of safety, healing, and normality for this community, one that every person deserves, but are now in jeopardy.

Since 2017, our two Children’s Friendly Spaces (CFS) provide 168 Rohingya children with a safe space for joy, daily routine, education, and above all, encouragement in their healing process.

Since 2018, our Women’s Friendly Space (WFS) addresses the disproportionate and daily risks faced by Rohingya women and girls in the camps, using a women-led approach to support the needs, rights and dignity of 60 monthly users.
